Observation and Documentation

The observations I have made have been insightful and have informed my decisions when it comes to how, and what I planned my activities. Journaling has been helpful in regard to my self- reflection. Journaling was also an opportunity to see how I was doing at my placement site: areas of need, areas of growth, and to get a bigger picture of things.
